I’m inspired by strong, amazing women who work hard to achieve their goals.  I was fortunate enough to be blessed with an amazing Nan and Aunt, who despite the difficulties they faced, they still achieved their goals, one becoming a Chef and the other a successful business woman - both called Betty – need I say more!
